A BIRTHDAY, AN ORGY AND A BOUNCY CASTLE


It’s my birthday today. Above is my imaginary birthday treat; this will not happen today!

Instead, I’ve taken a day off work and am going to eat my way through the day. First, I’m having breakfast with a friend; then, I’m meeting another friend for lunch; and, finally, I’m going to yet another friend’s house for dinner. I have three friends for my orgy of food!

I love birthdays, especially my own birthday. I love receiving cards and presents. For a decade, my cleaner kept giving me framed jigsaws she had made. The jigsaws were always of cats and dogs. I felt I had to hang them up, so my spare bedroom became a gallery of jigsaw pictures. I could only take the pictures down after she died! I have a habit of recycling unwanted presents; one year I mistakenly gave a present to a friend who had originally given me the present. She was not a happy bunny!

 Happy Birthday!

I'm a Leap Birthday person. When my birthday comes around it is usually celebrated with fun that corresponds with my leap age. On my last real birthday I turned 11 or we played mini golf. In 2008 we had a Super Hero party. My next one, well I still have a few years to plan.
As to gifts, I learned cash or gift cards are great.
There is a difference between a good BJ and a bad BJ.

 Happy belated birthday!
My birthday just seems to be another day, but my wife's birthday is Dec. 25th, so it is a big celebration every year with her side of the family!
