It's Monday morning and I'm about to make the bus journey into work. Monday mornings are when I have to deal with three days of e-mail because of the weekend. On average, I get about one hundred work-related e-mails a day, which takes me a couple of hours to read and reply. Before e-mail was invented, I had more time to work!

 Fortunately,, zero work related (retired). Others maybe 3-5 a day. So I am now relatively free from the "collar" of emails
