"No one told me anything about my bra!", Eugenie Bouchard declared after her match. Wimbledon is also synonymous with strawberries and cream. Last year 23 tonnes of strawberries, over 2 million strawberries, were eaten at the tennis championships. Strawberries and cream was a dish invented by Thomas Wolsey in King Henry VIII’s court. When I was growing up it was all the rage to go to Hess's Department Store in Allentown, PA. The Patio Restaurant was known for fresh strawberry pie, tri-colored sugar and fashion shows with models wearing the latest fashions strolling thorough the dining room. Wild strawbs were known, yes, Louis XIV loved them. On an exploration travel in Chile a man found big srawbs. He was called Frézier, by the way, which sounds like "fraisier", the plant, funny, isn't it ? He thought "wow ! my king will reward me with a title and wealth !" and brought back plants, as much as he could. The fruits were white (they still are in south Ameica ...) Alas, in springtime, no fruit in the end. He called a botanist of his friends, who laughed and said "of course, you only brought back females ! you'll have to fecondate them with wild strawbs ! So it was done and the big red strawbs were born. Too late. King Louis XIV was dead. I prefer the wild ones, "fraises des bois", straight, no fuss. 3 - I once put whipped cream on top of my cock with a strawb,on top in the kitchen and served it this way to my GF. She was in joy, and me too a little while after. I suppose it does account as a sexual use ?
