The love of my life wasn't even five foot. everyone use to comment on how cute a couple we were. Unfortunately we didn't end up together. I miss being with a short woman where I have to bend down to kiss her. I like that. I like how she would fit so nicely in my arm pit. It was nice to hug her. Good for you. KUDOS to you both. I bet you didn't even feel the least bit disappointed that the date #2 did not actualize after date #1 went so well. Happy for you.

Ms. author51, Glad to hear that you had a good time Saturday afternoon, but sorry to hear that the evening didn't pan out for you. I remember back to the days I dated and every girl/woman I dated was shorter than me. It was hard to find a lady that was over 5'8" back in the late 70's and early 80's where I was. Now days I see a lot of younger women that are as tall or almost as tall as I am. Sometimes I wish I was 20 or so years younger now. Good choice of outfit for your brunch meeting, I am sure your date enjoyed your company. Glad you had fun.
