 There is no combination of non paid member and gold(even with 11 opoints) that IM works well it does work good gold to gold .

 its hit and miss, sometimes it works, sometime not, sometimes quits during a conversation, the worst part is it used to work great all the time, so I don't think the site is worried a bout fixing it, then they wonder why people don't want to pay for their service, who wants to buy a defective product, right?

 If you had a Confirmed I.D, I'd give you the points for a Gold membership.

Then you'd have no problem e-mailing, and not worry about the IM on here.

which is probably costing you points as well.
